Directions coming from London

• From the M3, take the A303 exit.
• After around 5 miles take the A34 exit and follow the signs towards Stockbridge.
• In Stockbridge take the A3057 and head for Romsey.
• Go through King's Somborne and Timsbury still heading for Romsey.
• Around a mile south of Timsbury you will cross a bridge over the River Test. Soon after that, watch out for The Dukes Head Pub on a bend and turn right opposite it onto the B3084.
• Go over the railway bridge and bear right.
• After around half a mile, you will pass Tollgate Estate on your left.
• After another 150m, look out for a small red post box on your right.
• DO NOT turn down the track which says Parsonage Fishery.
• Turn right at the post box and we are behind the black gates at the first bend in the lane.
